I went into this SDVOSB certification process fully expecting to lose at least 3 brain cells and my will to live somewhere between page 47 and form 18B. Then came Ashley. Love these guys. Ashley is responsive and patient with all my questions. Had a couple of gnarly issues that she handled with grace. She always responds to questions - even when asking about those cold-call emails from other companies. Will continue to use them. It's really nice not to have to worry about changes in the system because she is on top of them. UPDATE: Another year and yet again, Ashley did a great job. Going over contacts, we found that someone who hasn't been with the company for years was listed in a key position that takes some doing to get changed. She worked up the necessary letter for the change and sent it our way with instructions on how to take care of it.
