WOSB Small Business Success Story – Driving Change
In celebration of Women’s History Month, we are highlighting Tiffanye Paige who is making an impact on the economy and her community.
Tiffanye founded Sampson, Jefferson and Associates (“SJA”) as a consulting firm in 2017 to partner with healthcare, educational, and business organizations to drive and sustain cultural changes for effectiveness and efficiency.
SJA provides a continuum of service delivery outcomes for enhancement of patient and customer experience, workforce engagement and enhancement, and clinical excellence.
“Our team of professionals take pride in bringing patient and client focused change through organizational transformation that includes assessment, training, technical assistance, and clinical optimization,” said Tiffanye.
Tiffanye is a native of Washington, D.C., and attended Howard University where she received a BA in Music and a Master’s in Social Work. In addition to being a successful businesswoman, she is the proud mother of an 18-year-old musical prodigy. Tiffanye is also the author of the book, “We All Have a Story,” and looks forward to growing her business and taking care of her family.
Tiffanye began working with FedBiz Access in 2019 and was awarded the Women-Owned Small Business (“WOSB”) Certification. In addition, she has worked with FedBiz Access to maintain her SAM & DSBS registrations, complete the process for her Minority Business Enterprise (“MBE”) Certification, and to help market her business to the government marketplace with a Capability Statement and Federal Connections Package (“FCP”). Subsequently she has been working with FedBiz Access to complete her GSA Schedule award.
“I have loved working with the team at FedBiz Access. They have helped take me from registration to award. I highly recommend working with them to reach your goals in government contracting,” said Tiffanye.
In 2021, SJA was awarded its first government contract with a $711,724 Award from the Department of Justice, Bureau of Prisons for Education/Training Curriculum Development.
