Find out if you qualify. Please answer all applicable questions.

1) Products and/or services qualify for GSA?
2) Does your company have a Commercial Price List – with firm/fixed pricing?
3) Have your Products and/or Services being offered to GSA been sold within the last 24 months for the Commercial Price being disclosed to GSA?
4) Can you confirm that your company has two years of profit and loss statements and balance sheets showing positive net income to demonstrate financial stability?
If YES, skip to question 6. If NO, answer question 5.
5) Does the most recent year-end P&L show positive net income to demonstrate the company is financially stable?
If YES, please continue with form submission. If NO: Your business does not qualify.
6) Does your company have any offices outside the U.S.?
8) Can you supply A MINIMUM of 3 (three) Past Performance References from 3 different Entities?
8) Does your business have an Active SAM.gov Registration?
9) Is your company in arrears with the IRS?
NOTE: If yes, you will need to provide proof of a payment plan and you must be current on payments.
10) Is your company currently in bankruptcy?
11) Is your company under any current audit or federal indictment?
If yes, you do not qualify.
12) For IT Specific Companies Only: Do you have more than one W2 employee?
If yes, answer next question. If no, you do not qualify.
13) Are they working at a US based location and are all US citizens?
If yes, answer next question. If no, you do not qualify.
14) If you offer products, are your products manufactured in a TAA compliant country?
15) Does your company have a website?
16) Does your company have a parent company?
If yes, the parent company must be registered in SAM.gov
